The etiquette of a couples massage here starts with a message, not a form. You send the date, time, service and therapist pairing; we reply to confirm the booking and its terms. On the day you take the lift to the 5th floor at 33/2 Sukhumvit Soi 11, agree boundaries in the consultation, shower in your room, and begin. Either of you can pause or stop the session at any point.

Booking a couples massage by message
There is no form on this site and no booking engine. You write to us on LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat or Telegram, or you call, and we answer. Every way to reach us shows the handle for each channel.
Send the day, the hour you want, the service, the pairing and the language you would like the reply in. We reply in English, Thai and Chinese. The booking exists once we have replied to confirm it, so wait for that reply before you set out.
We are open every day from 10:30 in the morning until 03:00 the next day.

What you pay, and when
There is no checkout step on this site. Price, deposit and payment are all settled in the conversation that books the room, and what applies to your booking is written there before you arrive.

Read that reply before you pay anything or set out. If a line is unclear, ask in the same chat. If your plans change, message the channel you booked on as early as you can, and if the two of you are splitting the bill, say so when you book rather than at the end.
On the day
Arrival and check-in on Sukhumvit Soi 11
We are on the 5th floor of the Una Una Building at 33/2 Sukhumvit Soi 11. From Nana BTS Exit 3 the walk is 549 meters, most of it up Soi 11. Visit us has the route, the landmarks and a map you can open on your phone.
Take the lift to the 5th floor and look for our sign. If you arrive early, go up to the rooftop lounge and message us; we will tell you when the room is ready.
Before the session
Couples massage etiquette begins with the consultation
Before anyone starts, you talk.
You, your partner, and your therapists go through what you want from the session: pressure, the areas to work and the areas to leave alone, and whether you would rather talk or stay quiet. Boundaries are agreed here, in your own words, and the therapists work to them.
An injury, a pregnancy, or skin that reacts to oil or gel is worth raising now, before anything starts.
During the session
Either partner can pause or stop
Consent is not one question at the start that covers the whole session. Either of you can pause or stop at any point, and the therapists stop when asked. You do not need a reason and you do not owe an explanation afterward.
Each of you decides for yourself. One stopping does not decide for the other, and neither of you has to justify the call.
In your room
Shower before the session and after it
Every room has its own shower, and you use it twice: before the session, and again after it.
The order is the same for every booking. You arrive, you talk, you shower, the session runs, you shower again, and the rooftop lounge is yours if you want it before you go back out onto Soi 11.
Clean skin, honest answers
Hygiene before and during the session
Washing first is built into the order of every visit. Telling your therapist about anything your skin reacts to takes a sentence in the consultation.
If you have a cut, a rash, or an allergy to a particular oil or gel, say so in the consultation. Your therapist can then work around it or use something else.
Yours alone
Privacy in the room you booked
You undress, wash and dress in the room you booked. The shower is inside that room, not down a corridor.
If you would rather not use the rooftop lounge, go straight from the room to the lift. Nothing requires you to sit anywhere else.
Practical
What to bring, and what to leave behind
There is no kit list. The room, the towels and the shower come with the booking.

- Clothes you can put back on afterward, if you are going on somewhere
- The name the booking is under, if someone else booked for you
Leave the rest at home. If you are unsure about anything, ask in the booking chat before the day.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to book ahead, or can we walk in?
Message ahead. Bookings are taken by message and confirmed in the chat, so message us before you travel, even on the same day, and we will tell you whether the time you want is free.
Can we choose which therapist works with which of us?
Yes. The pairing is part of the booking, and the couples services are priced by it. Say who you would like with whom when you message, and raise it again in the consultation if anything has changed.
Can we stop the session partway through?
Yes. Either of you can end it whenever you want, and the therapists stop on the word. Nobody has to give a reason, then or afterward.
Do we shower together?
The shower is inside your private room, so how the two of you use it is your call. You each wash before the session and again afterward.
